PEC Technology was established as one of the earliest battery suppliers in Thailand, laying the foundation for future growth.

1998

Mobile Operator Backup System Installation

Supplied and installed backup systems for 10 Main Switching Centers (MSC) for a major mobile operator.

2000

First VRLA Battery Management System (BMS) Manufacturing

PEC Technology achieved a significant milestone by manufacturing the first BMS for VRLA batteries in Thailand.

2006

Suvarnabhumi Airport Backup System Phase 1

Supplied and installed the complete VRLA (C&D Technologies) & BMS backup system for Suvarnabhumi International Airport.

2010

Key Government & Embassy Installations

Provided and installed VRLA batteries for critical facilities, including the Bank of Thailand and the U.S. Embassy.

2012

SCB Data Center VRLA Installation

Supplied and installed VRLA batteries for 6 x 500kVA UPS systems at Siam Commercial Bank’s Data Center.

2014

Suvarnabhumi Airport Backup System Phase 2

A second major project involved supplying and installing the VRLA (C&D Technologies) & BMS for the entire backup system at Suvarnabhumi International Airport.

2016

Lithium-ion Battery Debut & SCB Data Center VRLA Replacement

Introduced the first Lithium-ion battery for 3 x 500 kVA -15min. UPS in a Data Center, and completed the 2nd VRLA replacement for 6 x 500kVA at Siam Commercial Bank’s Data Center.

2019

Suvarnabhumi Airport UPS & VRLA System Replacement

Undertook a comprehensive replacement of the entire UPS and VRLA (C&D Technologies) backup system at Suvarnabhumi International Airport.

2023

SCB Data Center VRLA Replacement Phase 3

Completed the 3rd VRLA replacement for 3 x 500kVA at Siam Commercial Bank’s Data Center, ensuring continued reliability.

PEC Technology: Powering Thailand Since 1995

Established in 1995, PEC Technology quickly became a foundational battery supplier in Thailand, growing to deliver critical backup power solutions for national infrastructure.

We pioneered by installing backup systems for mobile operator centers in 1998 and becoming Thailand's first manufacturer of VRLA battery BMS in 2000. Our expertise is evident in major projects, including multiple Suvarnabhumi Airport backup system deployments (2006, 2014, 2019), and providing solutions for the Bank of Thailand and the U.S. Embassy (2010).

PEC Technology has been a vital partner for Siam Commercial Bank's Data Center, handling VRLA installations and replacements across 2012, 2016, and 2023. Demonstrating our forward-thinking approach, we also introduced Lithium-ion batteries for large-scale data center UPS systems in 2016.
